France, officially the French Republic, is a nation whose metropolitan area is situated in western Europe and which contains numerous overseas islands and territories situated in other continents. EDUCATION SYSTEM

Education in France is organized in a highly centralized manner, with many subdivisions. It is divided into the three stages :-

A Child starts school in France is age 3 the preschool. Then, by the age of six, a child in France starts primary school and soon moves onto higher and higher grade levels until they graduate.

France spends nearly 20% of its annual national spending on education and many of its top-of-the-line school figures in international rankings.

Financial Aids and Grants:

The government of France funds approximately 20,000 Plus students every year. The aid is mostly administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Two Ministry Scholarship programs:

Scholarship funds are made available through bilateral aid schemes between France and foreign governments or through an annual scholarship scheme. More than 80% of French government scholarships fall under this group.

Scholarship programmes have been set up to allow French higher education institutions to recruit the best foreign students.
